“We had Middendorf Contracting provide us with a personalized modular house, including major add-ons: attached garage, wrap-around covered porch with a screened area, partial finished walk-out lower level including two large rooms and a full bath. The old house was demolished and removed. Sewer, water, and electric were connected. The front yard was graded and seeded and the existing driveway extended to the new house. One major plus dealing with Middendorf is that they were able to provide for all aspects needed to complete our home. All staff and employees were very pleasant, helpful, and respectful at all times—making our project a pleasant experience. Before each project they made sure that they understood everything we were looking for. “Middendorf Contracting was the low bidder on a government contract roofing project bid for Bradford County. They were very professional through the whole process including prebid conference, bidding and bid bonding. Scott and Chris at Middendorf’s were very helpful choosing a style and color for the roofing materials for our historic brick building. They pointed out areas where we could save money and submitted the change orders to give us a credit. This building has many roof lines and valleys to contend with and it turned out looking very nice. The fascia was wrapped with aluminum to add to the looks of the new roof. Their crew worked very hard while keeping the job site clean, safe and open to the public during the entire project.”

Right from the start Chris and Amanda spent lots of time helping us work on the floorplan for our home. As things progressed Chris and Scott worked closely with us to make sure that our time schedules were in sync. They made sure their items were done in a timely fashion so that I could do what I was responsible for when I needed to. Everything that Middendorf’s did was done timely and professionally. The Middendorf crew is knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. As the end of the project neared, and I was unable to do certain things I wanted to, they jumped right in and provided the necessary manpower and equipment to finish the job.
