The Custom Home Building Process
1. Initial Consultation
- We meet to discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and essential features.
- You can bring inspirational photos, sketches, or simply talk through ideas.
2. Lot Evaluation
If you already own land, we visit the site to review:
- Access and topography
- Utility availability
- Setbacks and zoning rules
- Soil conditions

3. Designing Your Home

This is where your ideas turn into a plan:
- We create a custom floor plan or modify an existing one.
- You choose exterior styles and interior layouts.

4. Pricing & Contract
Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed estimate covering:
